•Setup the device as per instructions
•Plug the Y-cable into the device
•Connect the other end of the Y-cable into the electrode pads
•Ensure device is switched off prior to attaching the electrode pads
•Clean & dry your skin prior to use to ensure sufficient adhesion of the electrode pads. Only apply to normal, intact, healthy skin
•Place the electrode pads on your skin in the pelvic region or lower back as per instructions
•Turn the device on and select the desired treatment program and intensity

•Do not use with any electronic medical devices e.g. pacemaker or if you have a heart rhythm problem
•Do not use if you are or may be pregnant; or in the first 6-8 weeks after childbirth

•Do not use if you have poor sensation in the pelvic region
•Caution should be used if you have suspected or diagnosed epilepsy
•Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have undiagnosed pain or have had recent abdominal surgery
•Do not place electrode pads: on skin which does not have normal sensation; on broken skin; or on the front of the neck/head/over the eyes
•The device should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or any other activity in which involuntary muscle contraction may put you at risk of injury
•If irritation occurs, discontinue treatment immediately and speak to your healthcare professional
•Do not use this unit for any other purpose that what it is intended for
•Do not use this unit on infants/children or people not capable of expressing their intentions or with cognitive disabilities
•Keep out of reach of children. Contains small parts that may cause a choking hazard if swallowed. The cords could cause strangulation
•Do not use the device with other medical electrical (ME) equipment simultaneously
•Do not use a mobile phone or other devices that emit electromagnetic fields, near the unit. This may result in incorrect operation of the unit
